Discuss Professional

Website Care covers managed hosting, SSL, deployments, routine technical checks, and a monthly edit allowance (30 minutes for Essential, 60 minutes for Professional). Edits include keeping your Google Business Profile hours, services, and contact details in sync with your website. Required with every website. Cookie consent management is included when your site uses advertising or tracking that needs it. Monthly Google Business Profile posts and review replies are included in the Starter Plan. Ongoing profile management, such as weekly posts and photo updates, is quoted separately for all plans.

The Starter Plan has a 6-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month with 30 days written notice. You own your finished website's design and content after 12 months of paid service. If you cancel after the minimum term but before 12 paid months, you can keep your website by paying $125 for each remaining month up to month 12, and we hand over your files. Otherwise, the site is taken offline at the end of your notice period. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months are due.

Pay-upfront options include the website build and the first 12 months of Website Care. After 12 months, Website Care renews automatically as monthly billing ($75/month for Essential, $125/month for Professional). You can switch to annual billing ($750/year or $1,250/year) at any time before renewal. Renewal payments are billed to the payment method on file unless you cancel with 30 days written notice.

Reach the right customers.
Choose the right approach.

Every business reaches customers differently. Some need Google Search, others TikTok, LinkedIn, or streaming audio. We recommend the most appropriate paid media channels for your specific business, then manage them for you. Local Services Ads are available separately for eligible local businesses.

Our paid media management and Local Services Ads are available independently of a website purchase.

What businesses does Koro Digital work with?

We work with businesses across industries. Koro Digital is based in South Florida and serves businesses everywhere, with web design, required Website Care, paid media management, and Google Local Services Ads for eligible service categories.

What is the difference between Local Services Ads and paid media?

Google Local Services Ads are pay-per-lead placements for eligible service categories and locations. Paid media includes pay-per-click Google Search campaigns and other channels chosen for your business, with control over audiences, keywords, ads, and landing pages. Both services are available independently of a website purchase.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own your domain and your business content, and once your build is paid in full, you own your finished website’s design and content. Every Koro site is hosted and maintained on our infrastructure through Website Care. If you cancel, hosting ends at the end of your 30-day notice period, and we hand over your website files within 10 business days so you can move to any standard host. If you’d like us to handle the move, we offer that as a small flat-fee service. On the Starter Plan, ownership of the finished design and content transfers after 12 months of paid service. If you cancel before then, you can buy out the remaining months at $125 each to keep your site.

Why is Website Care required?

Every website runs on Koro Digital’s managed infrastructure with required Website Care: $75/month for Essential (up to 30 minutes of small edits per month) and $125/month for Professional (up to 60 minutes of small edits per month). On the Starter Plan, Website Care is included in your $199/month. Care covers managed hosting, SSL, deployments, and routine technical checks. Response hours and ordinary turnaround are agreed in your service agreement; round-the-clock support is not included. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, integrations, and substantial troubleshooting require a separate quote. If you already have a domain, it stays registered in your name and you keep renewing it as you do today. If you need a new domain, Website Care includes registering and renewing one standard domain (such as .com, up to $20/year) in your name while your Care plan is active. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you so you keep it. Paid third-party tools you choose, such as booking or scheduling software, are billed to you separately. We respond to care requests within 2 business days and complete standard small edits within 5 business days. Monthly Care can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The Starter Plan has a 6-month minimum, and pay-upfront Care covers the first 12 months. Cookie consent management is included when your site uses advertising or tracking that needs it.

What is the difference between the Starter Plan and the Essential website?

Essential is a $2,000 one-time build plus $75/month Website Care. The Starter Plan spreads the cost: $500 to start, then $199/month with a 6-month minimum, and it adds monthly Google Business Profile posts, review replies, a review request link, and a monthly lead report. Both include the same website of up to 5 pages. With Essential, you own the finished site once the build is paid in full. On the Starter Plan, ownership transfers after 12 months of paid service.

Can I pay upfront instead of monthly?

Yes. Essential is available for $2,600 and Professional for $4,600, each including the website build and your first 12 months of Website Care. Payment follows the standard 50% to begin and 50% before launch. After the first year, Website Care renews automatically as monthly billing ($75/month for Essential, $125/month for Professional). You can switch to annual billing ($750/year or $1,250/year) at any time before renewal. Renewal payments are billed to the payment method on file. We remind you by email 30 days before renewal, and you can cancel with 30 days written notice.

Do you manage my Google Business Profile?

We set up your Google Business Profile when your website launches, and Website Care keeps its hours, services, and contact details matched to your website as part of your monthly edit allowance. You own the profile; we only use manager access. Monthly Google Business Profile posts and review replies are included in the Starter Plan. Ongoing profile management, such as weekly posts and photo updates, is quoted separately for all plans.

How do payments and revisions work?

For Essential and Professional, a 50% deposit starts the project, with the balance due before production launch. The Starter Plan starts with a $500 payment, then $199/month from launch. Deposits and the Starter Plan's $500 start payment are non-refundable once design work has begun. All website packages include two consolidated revision rounds within the approved scope. Extra rounds, features, or scope changes require a written change order with any price and schedule impact. You provide business information and assets; content deadlines and approvals affect delivery. Custom applications, complex migrations, and ongoing content marketing are separate work.

What should I know before starting LSA?

You own your ad account and pay Google directly. Budgets reflect your service area, capacity, and business economics. Category and location eligibility, screening, and account access are confirmed before launch. Google controls approval; approval, badges, lead volume, cost per lead, and rankings are not guaranteed. Accounts with 5 or more locations require custom pricing. Our paid media management is offered separately from LSA.

Can I keep my current domain?

Absolutely. You retain ownership of your domain. We can connect it to your new website when it's ready to launch.

No domain yet? Website Care includes registering and renewing one standard domain (such as .com, up to $20/year) in your name while your Care plan is active. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you so you keep it.

How does LSA management work?

LSA management is $500/month for your first location and $250/month for each additional location, with custom pricing for 5 or more locations. It covers setup and verification support, lead monitoring and lead-quality review, lead disputes where Google allows, budget and optimization support, and a monthly report. We recommend an LSA budget of at least $1,500/month, paid directly to Google, so your management fee stays a reasonable share of what you invest in leads. It has a 3-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month with 30 days notice.

Who owns my ad accounts?

You do. Your Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other ad accounts are owned by you and paid for directly by you. Koro Digital gets manager or partner access only, removed when the engagement ends.

Is there a minimum ad budget?

For paid media, yes: $3,000/month across channels, paid directly to each platform. Below that, there usually isn't enough data for management to pay for itself. For Local Services Ads, we recommend at least $1,500/month so there are enough leads to manage and optimize.

Do you guarantee results?

No. We do not guarantee leads, rankings, cost per click, or cost per lead. We report on calls, form leads, and cost per lead, where applicable and measurable.

Which advertising channels should I use?

It depends on your business, customers, and budget. Local service businesses often start with Local Services Ads and Google Search. Visual or offer-driven businesses may do better on Meta or TikTok. B2B companies often use LinkedIn. We recommend a mix in your first conversation and only run channels that fit your goals.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Website Care is month-to-month after launch with 30 days written notice. The Starter Plan has a 6-month minimum term, then continues month-to-month. If you leave the Starter Plan before 12 paid months, you can keep your site by paying $125 for each remaining month up to month 12. Pay-upfront Website Care renews automatically after the first 12 months unless you cancel with 30 days written notice. Because Website Care includes your hosting, cancelling it also ends hosting on our infrastructure at the end of your notice period. Your site stays live during those 30 days, and, for websites you own, we hand over your website files so you can move it to any standard host, or we can handle the move for you for a small flat fee. Advertising management has a 3-month minimum, then continues month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining months are still due. Your domain, content, and ad accounts always stay yours. If a payment is more than 30 days late, we may suspend the website and advertising management until the account is current.

What is server-side tracking?

Normally, ad tracking runs in the visitor's browser, where ad blockers and browser privacy settings can block it. Server-side tracking sends conversion data through a secure server first, so Google and other platforms receive more complete data to optimize your campaigns. It still follows each visitor's consent choices. Setup and ongoing server-side tracking hosting are included in your advertising management fee while your engagement is active.

How do you approach accessibility?

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and testing target, including keyboard navigation, visible focus, contrast, mobile reflow, and usable forms. This is a technical target, not a certification or guarantee of complete conformance. Third-party widgets and later content changes may need further review. Call 954-900-7347 to report an accessibility issue.
