Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Koro Digital LLC ("Koro Digital," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit korodigital.com (the "Site"), contact us, or call or text us. It does not cover the websites we build for our clients; each client's own privacy policy covers their site.
We collect what we need to respond to you and run our business, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write.
- Phone calls and texts: your phone number, the time of the call or text, and anything you tell us.
- Email: your email address and the contents of messages you send us.
- If you become a client: business contact details, billing information, and the business content you provide for your project. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically
- Cookie preferences: our cookie consent tool, CookieYes, stores a small cookie that remembers your choices so we don't ask again on every visit.
- Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects information such as pages viewed, time on page, referring website, approximate location (city or region), device and browser type, and a randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie. If you decline, Google Analytics cookies are not set.
- Server logs: our hosting provider, Netlify, records basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver and secure the Site.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a project.
- To provide, bill for, and support our services if you become a client.
- To understand how the Site and our marketing perform, and to improve them.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam or abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

Cookies And Analytics
When you first visit the Site, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. We load Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and use Google Consent Mode, so Google Analytics only sets cookies if you accept. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on the Site.
- Necessary: a cookie that stores your consent choice. This is always set so the banner remembers your preference.
- Analytics: Google Analytics cookies, set only if you accept.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. How Long We Keep Information
- Inquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as you are a client, plus the time required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
- Analytics data: retained in Google Analytics for 14 months.
- Consent records: kept by CookieYes for as long as needed to show your choice was recorded.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email with "unsubscribe" or tell us by phone, and we will stop.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. The Site does not currently respond differently to these signals, because there is no common standard for how to handle them. You can still decline analytics cookies in our cookie banner, block cookies, or opt out of Google Analytics as described above.
Children
The Site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to accounts, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where Information Is Processed
We are based in the United States, and our service providers mainly store information in the United States. Some team members and contractors may access information from outside the United States to help deliver our services.
Client Websites And Ad Accounts
When we build, host, or manage a website or advertising account for a client, we handle that client's data on their behalf under our service agreement with them. This can include tools we set up for the client, such as cookie consent management, analytics, and server-side conversion tracking (for example through Stape). Visitors to a client's website should read that client's privacy policy.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
